Darjeeling is the best place to visit in summer, april to june are the best month to visit. It is a town in India's west bengal, in the Himalayan Foothills. Its famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dots its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjanga, among the world's largest peak. It is also very famous for its richness in cultural & natural heritage and the famous toy train that has been declared as UN heritage
I also went to Darjeeling 2 or 3 times in summer holidays, as it is one of my favorite place to visit during summer.
